Balinese in Ubud have the best sustainable designers and patient teachers. I learned how to make disposable plates and small dishes out of coconut and banana leaves. Who needs paper plates!

It was really nice to see the balinese people still so dedicated to their religion and would make thousands of these offering plates everyday!
I mean, they could easily use cheap plastic disposable plates and save all the time and trouble planting, chopping down the leaves and laboriously hand making the plates one at a time
